I am an experienced Personal Trainer, having coached and trained people in the UK, US and now Australia
I believe in making fitness a positive lifestyle choice. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s all about finding an enjoyable side to fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of improving your fitness are worth the challenge.
